I created this blog to share my pilgrimage of natural hair. My Sisterlocks were installed 7/15/03 with 2 inches of my natural hair & since then I have learned to love every part of me. My journey has also inspired me to get to know my loose natural hair so on 7/16/2011 my Locktician cut my Sisterlocks off & my new journey began. I hope this blog inspires you to embrace your hair in a way you never have before.

Yay! Here is a photo of my first attempt at "Chunky Twist" after being natural for 3 1/2 months. I was playing in my hair last night and realized it was now long enough to attempt a twist. Here are the results. LOVING MY natural pilgrimage!
